Experio offers a complete, end-to-end exhibition solution, guiding your project from concept and design to transport and construction. For over 27 years, we’ve supported clients through our full-service design and web development agency, with 12 years producing exhibitions. In 2019, Experio emerged as a specialised company, dedicated exclusively to exhibitions while continuing to deliver digital and print marketing solutions alongside.
Drawing on our many years of expertise in technology and marketing, we bring innovation to the design phase by offering interactive 3D models, allowing you to view and engage with your stand design realistically and directly through a secure login on our website.

We look to re-use core elements and constructive methods that are sustainable and recyclable while still reaching into new and innovative designs. We do this by utilising re-usable aluminium framing systems and materials that can be re-purposed. We employ the use of different types of systems, whichever suits your budget.

We create outstandingly attractive and functional displays reflecting your brand identity. Using the latest design tools and technologies, we can also produce an interactive 3D render of your stand to fully visualise the pre-build reality which you access through our online portal. We offer these services either stand-alone or as part of a full package. Pricing varies by design complexity.

Project Management

Storage + Haulage
As part of sustainability, we can provide storage facilities for re-usable kit at secure storage facilities in Weybridge, Surrey.
We provide reliable transportation for your materials, package handling, loading and unloading and have extensive exp[erience for customs handling and clearance if exhibiting in Europe. We take care to package items carefully and offer flexible solutions for local and international shipments.

Construction + Deployment
Led by our meticulous project managers, our construction team ensures high-quality construction and expedient setup of your display, working around the often changeable nature of exhibition venues - there are few problems we have yet to overcome!
