We provide environmentally conscious end-to-end exhibition solutions, including design, planning, digital creation, construction and management services for a variety of trade show projects.

Our focus is to provide light-enhanced, bright, attractive exhibition stands based on re-usable, reconfigurable, sustainable exhibition stand systems, yet not compromising on the brand look & feel a client wishes to achieve.

We use 3D technology in our design process, creating an interactive 'fly-through' design that is intended to be photorealistic to the finished product. By taking this approach, our customers are able to visualise and sign-off on the exact layout, designs and elements of the finished stand. This also works to obtain management sign-off requirements.

Depending on your budget and requirements, we will work with you to create a system that best works for you, talking you through the pro's and con's of each approach.

We have also specialised in cross-European exhibitions and have the expertise to carry out exhibitions in many different countries within the Euro-zone, with detailed knowledge and capability to handle Tarif-free, non-taxed customs clearances.

Our Story

Experio Services Ltd trading as Experio Expo was started by Wayne Freeman in 2019 after producing exhibition stands for niche clients over 8 years. This was alongside full service marketing services including print and online digital marketing services.

Alongside the exhibition services, we are able to offer print and digital productions, having produced all forms of marketing collateral through to large format printing (including large banner displays on London buildings).

For 27 years we have engaged in advanced digital and web development production, producing scores of websites for clients such as Tesco, Anglo American, Prudential, M&G, Signature Aviation, Cafe Direct, Ecotricity, SAB Miller and many others.

We also own a WordPress development agency having produced many different websites small and large businesses alike, including KP Snacks, The Telegraph Media Group, BBC, Aperol Sprits and many others.

Wayne leads the company with a clear vision, creative direction and a hands-on approach. From shaping the team to overseeing projects, I ensure everything runs smoothly and meets the highest standards while fostering a collaborative and creative environment. Wayne has spent his career working with corporate, government and SME businesses as a multi-disciplined consultant.
